The Offices by Square One District

The Offices by Square One District are part of a master plan by Oxford Properties to deliver 3 million square feet of office development within Square One District – a visionary mixed-use community coming to Mississauga’s downtown core. Avison Young was awarded the assignment to lease 450,000 square feet of office space in phase 1. A marketing brochure, presentation, email campaign and social media posts in the brand of The Offices by Square One District were created in order to market the office to the brokerage community and prospective tenants.
