The Permanent on Bay

The Canada Permanent Building is a historical art deco era office building located in Toronto’s financial core. Avison Young was invited to pitch for the office leasing assignment by the landlord as the building was set for a revitalization. The leasing team's vision was a luxury modern office while still celebrating the heritage of the building. A brand and logo was developed to convey their vision for the revitalized building. The logo was inspired by the vaulted ceilings of the entrance hall and art deco heritage. A sample tenant gift box was developed containing various high-end gift items and tickets for future events.
