Portland Commons

Portland Commons is a technologically sophisticated, sustainable office building coming to Toronto’s west end. Avison Young was invited to pitch for the office leasing opportunity, which culminated in the creation of a brand identity, printed proposal in response to an RFP, and pitch presentation. The vision for the development is a sustainable office building of the future, plenty of outdoor space for the community would make it a place that would encourage people to come together.
